We have had 6 realtors on both the buying and selling end, and Kevin is hands down the best of the bunch. What we liked best was that he isn't pushy; he let us proceed at our own pace and was there to support us as we searched. Likewise, he allowed us to take control of the search process to the degree we wanted, and never encroached on our space when doing so. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and has a great, jovial personality. However, it was clear that he was willing to fight for us when/if needed. Our purchase was a little unusual in that we contracted the seller to finish the basement before closing. This made things quite complicated, but Kevin was there every step of the way to make sure we were informed and comfortable with the process. He even helped us to plan out the basement finish and make architectural decisions (drawing upon his past experience with such things). Finally, a few days after we arrived in town he showed up at our door with a giant chocolate cake for my birthday. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement Kevin Trimble is hands down the best realtor we have ever had. I highly recommend him with zero reservations. Thanks Kevin!

It was a great experience working with Mr. Trimble. We were very lucky to get to know him and receive his experienced counsel when it came to buying our first house. No matter the location or time, ask him to show us a house and he'll be there!
