Kevin is more than my husband and I could have asked for when searching for a house; not only did he make himself available at all of our requests, but he also was patient with us while looking through available homes. Kevin was fantastic to work with and really made the process easy. He offered helpful advice and I trusted him during the negotiation process. We have had 6 realtors on both the buying and selling end, and Kevin is hands down the best of the bunch. What we liked best was that he isn't pushy; he let us proceed at our own pace and was there to support us as we searched. Likewise, he allowed us to take control of the search process to the degree we wanted, and never encroached on our space when doing so. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and has a great, jovial personality. However, it was clear that he was willing to fight for us when/if needed. Our purchase was a little unusual in that we contracted the seller to finish the basement before closing. This made things quite complicated, but Kevin was there every step of the way to make sure we were informed and comfortable with the process. He even helped us to plan out the basement finish and make architectural decisions (drawing upon his past experience with such things). Finally, a few days after we arrived in town he showed up at our door with a giant chocolate cake for my birthday. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement Kevin Trimble is hands down the best realtor we have ever had. I highly recommend him with zero reservations. Thanks Kevin!
