It was a great experience working with Mr. Trimble. We were very lucky to get to know him and receive his experienced counsel when it came to buying our first house. No matter the location or time, ask him to show us a house and he'll be there! He helped us with every detail, pointed out the condition and history of every house we visited, and advised us on whether the selling price was reasonable for the house's value or not. My husband and I moved to the KC area from Jefferson City. He was very organized and kept a list of everything we needed done by the builder. He listened to what we wanted and found us a great home. EHe never put pressure on us to do anything we weren't comfortable with. I would give him an A+!!

Kevin listened carefully to what I wanted in a home and asked questions to clarify my desires. He asked my preference about how to proceed, ie, online search, visit homes, etc. He then contacted me when he had specific homes that might meet my needs and from that was able to become more and more specific in what he showed me. He was flexible as to times and readily available. He quickly seemed to gain an understanding of what I liked and disliked and was able to select good options for me to view. Once I found what I wanted, he was very helpful in working with the seller and seeing that I understood the process. When an issue arose with the seller, Kevin went far beyond the usual effort to see that the issue was resolved in a manner totally satisfactory to me. And I ended with exactly what I desired in my new home.

Kevin is very approachable and personable. I continue to be impressed with his level of detail to make the home shopping experience, and the home buying process very easy and stress free. When looking at homes, if we met Kevin at the home, he was always there ahead of us and had all the lights on and everything ready to go. Kevin is also very responsive to phone calls, emails, and text messages. I would absolutely recommend Kevin for anyone in the market to buy a home.
