It was wonderful to work with Kevin Trimble. An ice storm hit the weekend we were set to look at houses, so we were not able to make it to Kansas City then. Kevin rescheduled everything for the following week. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. He went out of his way to accommodate our personal needs and even took us around a few neighborhoods not on our scheduled route once he got a feel for our housing preferences.
